The dual drive motor system consists of two separately controlled brushless AC drive motors. As opposed to a single drive motor forklift, the dual drive motors are more energy efficient and provide smaller turning circles as they operate independently.
The Sealed wet disc brakes offer easy, safe and reliable operation. With longer service intervals and low maintenance costs uptime is maximised.
Li-ION batteries allow extended hours of continued operation by use of short high-current opportunity charges. They are maintenance free removing the need for watering and cleaning of lead acid batteries and are more energy efficient. With a life span estimated at three times that of a lead acid battery your TCO will be significantly lower compared to lead-acid batteries.
The LCD monitor with 3.2 inch graphic smart display allows the operator to easily and efficiently control the machine. The monitor provides information about speed & accelerator level, steer angle & travel direction, battery discharge indicator, hour meter, & working mode.
With fully adjustable backrest and armrests, the adjustable ergonomic seat provides great operator comfort and safety.
To achieve a comfortable drive position, the angle of the steering column can easily be adjusted through a lever on the right-hand side of the steering column.
The combination of 3-wheel design and rear wheel drive offers central pivot turning. This allows the driver to work in very confined spaces.
The battery compartment is equipped with a side battery removal assembly for easy removal and replacement.
The enhanced brake oil reservoir, located in the upper left dash, is equipped with an electronic level sensor and easily visible through the monitor.
The AC controller is strategically placed for quick access.
This maintenance free system allows for less heat development and is fully enclosed to protect from water and dust, leading to less wear on components.
All mast and drive movements stop functioning when the operator is not in the seat.
Exceeding CEE and ANSI regulations, the overhead guard offers great protection combined with excellent all round visibility.
The speed of the forklift is controlled by the angle of the steer wheels and reduces as the operator turns the steering wheel. This provides greater stability when cornering. In addition, in line with changes to Australian Standards, the speed of the forklift is reduced to 3kph when the carriage is elevated to certain heights.
Optimised lift cylinder arrangement provides operator with wider visibility. The panoramic mirror expands the driver’s view when backing up.
