Hyundai Forklifts Australia has delivered its first high-voltage forklift training program in Western Australia to Hyundai Material Handling WA.
The specialised training focused exclusively on Hyundai’s high-voltage lithium-ion range, covering models from the 50B-X through to the 130B-X, with capacities ranging from 5 to 13 tonnes.
The session provided Hyundai Material Handling WA’s senior and master technicians with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to safely service, diagnose and support these advanced high-voltage electric forklifts locally.
Michael Goddard, General Manager of Hyundai Material Handling WA, highlighted the importance of developing this capability within the state. As Hyundai’s high-voltage lithium-ion range expands into larger-capacity applications, having trained technicians and local technical support already established in Western Australia will be critical.
The training was conducted by Myoungkyou Ha, Product, Service and Parts Manager at Hyundai Forklifts Australia, and represents another important step in strengthening Hyundai’s national support network for its expanding high-voltage electric forklift range.
